We’re back, though slightly late again.
In this episode we discuss the announcements from E3, surface area of onion rings, Hollywood making too many comic book movies and how Batman will make it worse, roundabouts and why we need more “80’s Movies”.

In this episode we discuss other “music hero” games Activision could try making, both some ridiculous ones and others that might actually sell. We then move on to the validity of movie critics and if they even matter, which turns into a long discussion about WALL*E. Enjoy…
Once again we planned to do a podcast about Egypt and space… this time we got about halfway there at least. We probably would have had time for a space discussion had we not gotten off-topic about six billion times while talking about Egypt… sorry!
Some tangents we go off on - like talking about the Mummy movies, union pyramid builders or Moses - are understandable and somewhat related, but how we segue Egypt to Carrie Underwood, Tom Cruise and Michael Jackson’s nose are beyond mortal comprehension. But we found the way.
The podcast ends with us discussing The Fifth Element for a while, so yeah, basically it’s all over the map but should be enjoyable! Also I hope to get intros back on the front of the podcasts but Possumus Man 2: Possumus Woman might eat into my “creative time”.
We were going to discuss Egypt and Space, but after talking about Grand Theft Auto for a good chunk of it and then someone bringing up The Mummy we latched into a 30 minute long discussion about Steven Spielberg films, with a good chunk of it devoted to his much-maligned (but secretly awesome) movie A.I.
I guess it’s topical, considering Indy 4 is coming out tomorrow, so maybe we’ll hit up Egypt and Space next time. Enjoy the rambling…

As an addendum, the main thing I’d say about GTA4 is that it’s a next-gen version of GTA - awesome graphics, amazingly deep (the fake internet is gut-bustlingly hilarious) but still retains some of the control / aiming issues of its predecessors. I’m sure we’ll discuss it in detail come next podcast.
